Single output shaft open mill

Purpose and features:

Mainly used in rubber mixing, heat refining, tableting and plasticizing processes.

1. The roller is made of alloy chilled cast iron and has two structures: hollow and peripherally drilled.
2. There are three methods of distance adjustment: manual distance adjustment, electric distance adjustment, and hydraulic distance adjustment.
3. Use a single motor, single output shaft hard tooth surface reduction box, and speed ratio gear transmission.
4.Roller speed: fixed speed or variable frequency speed regulation.
5. Equipped with emergency stop button, chest touch switch, pull rope switch and other safety devices to ensure the safety of the equipment.
6. The turning device can be selected according to the process flow.
