Purpose and characteristics
Mainly used for mixing, mastication and final refining of rubber or plastic.1. Select tangential type, meshing type, synchronous type rotor, etc. according to user needs.
2. The mixing chamber has a drilled structure, which has fast heating or cooling speed and good effect. The inner wall is plated with hard chrome or carbide for long service life.
3. The upper ejector bolt is driven by pneumatic or hydraulic pressure, which can realize constant pressure control of the rubber material.
4. The discharge door is driven by a double-rack hydraulic cylinder and locked by a linear cylinder, which ensures stable operation and accurate positioning.
5. The main drive adopts double output shaft hard tooth surface reduction box, and adopts gear coupling or cross universal coupling for transmission. The whole machine has stable transmission, high efficiency, low noise and long service life.
6. The control system uses PLC, which has complete signal detection, feedback and safety protection, and is easy to operate.
