Purpose and characteristics
Mainly used for mixing and mastication of rubber or plastic.1. The whole machine adopts a common chassis, which is easy to install and correct.
2. The transmission adopts a hard tooth surface gear reducer, which has stable transmission, low noise and long service life.
3. The mixing chamber is made of alloy steel, with hard chromium plating on the surface, making it wear-resistant and beautiful.
4. The rotor is made of alloy, the protruding edges are surfacing with hard alloy, and the surface is hard chromium plated, making it smooth and wear-resistant. The rotor adopts a hollow structure and can be cooled (water) or heated (steam, thermal oil).
5. The sealing structure adopts proprietary technology, has self-lubricating performance and good sealing effect.
6. The control system uses PLC, which has complete signal detection, feedback and safety protection, and is easy to operate.
