Purpose and characteristics
It is mainly used as the auxiliary machine of the internal mixer to continuously extrude and tablet the plasticized rubber, masterbatch and final rubber.1. This machine mainly consists of two parts: a twin-screw extruder and a two-roller tablet press.
2. The tablet press can be moved outside to facilitate equipment maintenance and cleaning.
3. The bottom of the whole machine is a slope-type mechanism, which allows the rubber material to flow smoothly and reduces residues in the inner cavity. It can ensure that there is no residual glue in the barrel.
4. The working surfaces of the screw, barrel and hopper are all spray-coated with wear-resistant alloy to extend their service life.
