Purpose and characteristics
Mainly used for crushing waste rubber, crushing raw rubber, and crushing waste steel wire radial tires.1. The roller is made of vanadium-titanium alloy chilled cast iron, with a hard and wear-resistant surface (optional high-quality steel roller, surface surfacing with wear-resistant hard alloy). The rear roller is a grooved roller, and the inner cavity is processed to make the temperature of the roller surface uniform.
2. The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to protect the main parts from damage due to overload.
3. The machine is equipped with an emergency brake. When an emergency occurs, it is equipped with a safety lever and the machine brakes immediately, which is safe and reliable.
