Whether the no-load test run of the internal mixer is successful is related to the acceptance of the equipment. Therefore, the test run is of certain importance. The following points should be strictly followed during operation:
1. First start each lubricating oil pump and hydraulic station of the internal mixer, and check whether the oil supply to each part is normal. After the oil pump and hydraulic station work normally for 15 minutes, start the main motor and check whether the rotor rotation is correct from the water outlet of the mixing chamber. Usually, the internal mixer has been idle for more than 2 hours before leaving the factory, and has been idle for more than 4 hours at the user's site.
2. Turn on the cooling water system of the internal mixer and check for leaks.
3. Under manual and automatic operation, the pressure weight, charging door and discharge door are opened multiple times, and the actions should be flexible and reliable.
4. Check the following items during the dry running test of the internal mixer:
a: The lubrication points of the reducer transmission gears and bearings are fully lubricated, and the sealing parts are well sealed.
b: There must be no large vibration and periodic noise during operation.
c: During idling operation, the main motor is single speed, and its power consumption should be less than 15% of the rated power.
d: The temperature of the bearings in various parts of the internal mixer should not rise suddenly. The temperature rise of the rotor bearings and reducer bearings should not exceed 20°C.
