Purpose and characteristics

Mainly used in rubber mixing, heat refining, tableting and plasticizing processes.


1. The roller is made of alloy chilled cast iron and has two structures: hollow and peripherally drilled.
2. There are three methods of distance adjustment: manual distance adjustment, electric distance adjustment, and hydraulic distance adjustment.
3. Driven by DC or AC motor, single motor or dual motors can be used.
4. Equipped with emergency stop button, chest touch switch, pull rope switch and other safety devices to ensure the safety of the equipment.
5. A turning device can be selected according to the process flow.
