Purpose and characteristics

Mainly suitable for calendering tires, conveyor belts, rubber films and rubber products.

1. The roller adopts a peripheral drilled roller, which has a more uniform heating or cooling effect.
2. The roller is equipped with shaft cross and preload device to ensure the accuracy of rolled products.
3. This machine can be equipped with a hydraulic mold clamping device and can be used with an extruder with a wide machine head.
