Purpose and characteristics
The system consists of an upper auxiliary machine, a high-speed internal mixer, two to five high-speed open mixer systems, a film discharge machine, a film cooling device and other auxiliary equipment. The preliminary master mixing of the rubber material is carried out in the internal mixer, and then the supplementary mixing and final mixing are completed on the open mixer. The input of raw materials to the production of the final rubber mixture are completed in one continuous step.1. Instead of traditional multi-stage mixing, the final mixing process of the rubber material can be completed by passing through the internal mixer once.
2. The rubber preparation time is short and the rubber quality is high.
3. The system has a high degree of automation and requires only 2-3 operators.
4. The system occupies a small factory area, saves more than 1/3 of equipment investment, and saves energy consumption by about 20%.
