Purpose and characteristics

This machine is mainly used for the plasticization of plastics, the mixing of plastics, the mixing of fillers, the mixing of blended modified materials, the preparation of masterbatch, and the continuous supply of plasticized plastics to the calender.


1. The roller is made of alloy chilled cast iron and has two structures: hollow and peripherally drilled.
2. There are three methods of distance adjustment: manual distance adjustment, electric distance adjustment, and hydraulic distance adjustment.
3. Equipped with emergency stop button, chest touch switch, pull rope switch and other safety devices to ensure the safety of the equipment.
