Important Events Of The Group

On November 17, 1992, the company's predecessor, Wuxi Zhongjin Plastic Co., Ltd., was registered and established.

In 1993, the PVC artificial leather project of Wuxi Zhongjin Plastic Co., Ltd., the predecessor of the company, was put into production.

In June 1998, the PU synthetic leather project of Wuxi Zhongjin Plastic Co., Ltd., the predecessor of the company, was put into production.

On December 2, 2002, Wuxi Shuangxiang Microfiber Materials Co., Ltd. was registered and established.

On December 13, 2004, with the approval of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, the company completed the joint-stock restructuring and established Wuxi Shuangxiang Microfiber Materials Co., Ltd. as an overall change.

In December 2005, the “National 863 Plan Superfiber Project” implemented by the company was put into production

On April 29, 2010, the company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 002395)

On October 29, 2019, Chongqing Shuangxiang Microfiber Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, was registered and established.

On December 5, Chongqing Shuangxiang Superfiber Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, started the first phase of its project with an annual output of 30 million meters of superfiber materials.

In April 2020, the wholly-owned subsidiary Chongqing Shuangxiang Superfiber Materials Co., Ltd. put into production the first phase of its annual production of 30 million meters of superfiber materials.
