1. This production line consists of a five-roller calender, an extraction device, an embossing device, a cooling device, etc.
2. The roller adopts peripheral drilled rollers, heat grinding treatment, single motor and single transmission, with stable transmission and adjustable speed.
3. Each roller is independently driven by an AC variable frequency or DC motor, and the speed ratio can be adjusted individually according to product production requirements.
4. The main machine is equipped with shaft crossing, preload and reverse bending devices to ensure the accuracy of rolled products.
5. The heating medium automatic temperature control system ensures uniform temperature on the surface of the roller.
6. The control system adopts PLC, which is safe and reliable, easy to operate and has a high degree of automation.
