In the early 1990s, our company strictly followed the German DIN accuracy standards to repair the second-hand equipment introduced by Shanghai Yichang Sheet Plate Co., Ltd. - the rolling mill stands of the five-stand unit of the large-scale thin plate cold rolling mill. The unit weighs 96 tons per piece, with a total of 10 pieces. After careful processing by our company, the verticality reaches 0.0561 and the parallelism reaches 0.04/1000, which fully meets the design requirements of the West German SMS company. It has been tested and identified by the Shanghai Quality Inspection Station and has reached first-level accuracy.
