The rolling mill unit consists of a total of 18 stands for rough rolling (Φ520), medium rolling (Φ380), and finishing rolling (imported equipment). Behind the 6th and 12th frames are equipped with 1# flying shears and tension-free loopers.
1. The rolling mill is an alternating horizontal and vertical rolling mill and implements non-twisting rolling.
2. The frame is made of imported thick plate welding and SKF imported bearings.
3. In order to keep the rolling line stable, the machine frame is moved laterally and the direction is taken over.
4. The pressing amount of each frame is adjusted in advance.
5. The final rolling speed is 18.5m/s.
6. The products are round, threaded and other bar materials.
