Purpose and characteristics
It is mainly used for extruding rubber semi-finished products such as tire treads, inner tubes, rubber strips, capsules, and encapsulation of wires and cables.
1. The fuselage is equipped with a spiral channel, which has good heat conduction effect. The feeding section is equipped with a feeding roller to enhance the feeding capacity.
2. The screw and bushing are made of nitrided steel and have been nitrided to have sufficient strength and wear resistance.
3. The temperature of each part is automatically controlled in sections by the hot water circulation device.
4. Equipped with different machine heads, it can be used for feeding, extruding sheets, extruding tubes, extruding special profiles, etc.
