Purpose and characteristics
Used to extrude various rubber products and supply glue.
1. The barrel has a segmented structure. There is a spiral groove in the barrel of the feeding section. It cooperates with the side pressure roller to increase the feeding capacity. The barrels of the plasticizing section and the extrusion section are equipped with different numbers of pins.
2. The screw has high geometric precision and has good wear resistance after nitriding treatment.
3. The temperature of each part is automatically controlled by the hot water circulation device in sections.
4. This machine has the characteristics of good plasticizing effect, strong extrusion capacity, low glue discharging temperature and stable operation.
